Side Side Angle is very ambiguous because of the simple fact that you can use it for basically any non right triangle and given the information. You can then compete the whole triangle just by using the 2 sides and the one angle. Then using that information you find out how many solutions there are. That is the same exact reason we can not just use the Law of Sines. If we were to do that, we would get a answer but we would not know if there was another solution. To best explain this to someone who had little knowledge about it, first i would draw and angle. Label the angle and that side then draw in a height that reaches the bottom line connecting to the angle. I would show them how to find the height (h). Then proceed to show them the steps and equations by using the h. I would also teach and show them by using the h and the a (the opposite side) if there was 0 solutions, 1 solution or 2 solutions. The picture below helps show the triangle and how to find the amount of solutions.
Throughout this project i learned a lot about verification. I learned that is was easier to start with the simplest form and make it harder off of that. This also helped me get to know and memorize the identity's and what equals what. This project is what helped me understand verification out of everything we have done with it.
I learned a lot in this activity. I learned the unit circle very well. I now know and understand which radian goes where on the circle. My biggest takeaway from this was learning the triangles and knowing how to use them relating to the problems. I made a lot of connections during this activity. Mostly about using SOH CAH TOA and their opposites ; CSC SEC AND COT. This activity helped me a lot make the connections of the unit circle and the graph by helping me understand how they look and are supposed to look. It was very hard to do the test without the help of the teacher.
A radian is very hard to understand but simple to explain It is a unit of angle. The radian is equal to an angle at the center of a circle. The arc of the circle is equal in length to the radius. Basically a radian is the Standard International unit of plane angular measure. Radians and circle unit have a very easy and simpple realtionship when you have a circle you have an angle of one radian. The formula of circumfrence is 2pir and the meaure of radians is 2pi (full circle). Radians and degrees relate directly becuase they convert into eachother. I perfere degress because they are easier to remember and what I was taught when i was younger. Radians seem more mathical because it is harder and more complicated.
Federal Government loans are split into two different loans (subsidized and non-subsidized). Subsidized loans are available to undergraduate students who meet certain financial need criteria. If you qualify for this type of loan, the federal government will pay the interest on the loan while you are in school at least half time and during periods when you are authorized to defer your loan payments. Unsubsidized loans are available to undergraduate, graduate and professional students regardless of financial need. You are responsible for the interest that accumulates on an unsubsidized loan from the date the funds are disbursed until the funds are repaid in full. You have the option to pay the interest during school or postpone payment. If you postpone payment, the interest will be added to your principal balance. Private banking loans are loans you can obtain from banks, credit unions or other lending institutions to help cover college expenses not met by scholarships, grants, federal loans or other types of financial assistance. Most private loans are made directly to students, meaning that it becomes their financial and legal responsibility to repay the loan. The interest rate for bank loans was 7.5%. Using the calculator it would take 11.5 years to pay back the money ($1,735.15 per year). The interest rate for subsidized loans was 5%. It would take 43.4 years to pay back this loan ($460.54 per year).
It would take 42 folds for the stack to reach the moon. This is unrealistic because it is physical impossible to fold the paper this many times. One, the paper would be to small and two, it would become to thick to fold over and over. the paper wouldn't be ever thick because the paper would be so small that it wouldn't take up a lot of space. This does not matter because no matter how wide the folds would be it doesn't effect the height.
Even and Odd are similar because in both functions the x value gets changed to a negative. They are different because in the odd problems the y value also gets changed into a negative. You can check to see if the function is even by the y-axis symmetry and the odd by the origin symmetry. There isn't any functions that are always even or odd. I still want to know what to do when the equations are more complicated.
A) My predictions were close to the actually graph. They were going in the same direction at the same time and descending at the same time. The graph was different because you couldn't
